Flatbread Pizza

Pizza is hands down one of the best foods ever invented. The best part about this flatbread recipe is that it doesn’t have any yeast so it doesn’t require any extra time to rise. Just mix it together, roll it out, and load on your favorites. This will be your new go-to flatbread!

Tips for the best flatbread
  • Roll your dough out really thin to ensure you get a really nice crisp crust.
  • Par-baking your flatbread is a must!
  • layer the mozzarella cheese underneath the toppings.
  • Don’t go heavy on the toppings. Since the crust is thin, it cant support a lot of weight. Add more flavorful toppings so you need less.
  • If you are adding meat like chicken, bacon, ground beef or sausage, make sure it is pre-cooked
